Barsol Quebranta Pisco is meticulously produced from Quebranta grapes. With their high sugar content, Quebranta grapes have become the predominant choice in Pisco production, accounting for between 80 and 85 per cent of the grapes used. Thus, the Quebranta grape is synonymous with the typical flavour of Pisco brandy.

Classified as non-aromatic in Peru, the Quebranta grape reveals more reserved and subtle aromas compared to aromatic grapes. Thus, Barsol Quebranta Pisco brandy is incomparably smooth, with a light nose of grape aromas, citrus fruits, rice wine and yeast. On the palate, it is pleasant and extremely refreshing, with its subtle acidity.
