The Pisco Acholado spirit is produced by combining the Quebranta and Italia grape varieties. On the nose, semi-aromatic aromas with a touch of muscat are revealed. In the mouth, it presents itself full and round.

Tabernero is founded in 1897, in the Chincha Valley, in the pronvince of Ica, 200 km from the capital of Peru. In 1930, the company is acquired by the Rotondo family, who continue to advance Tabernero's products. After having passed through the military government regime, in 1979 it underwent reconstruction with the acquisition of land and the expansion of infrastructures. Currently, they have 300 hectares under cultivation and a varied portfolio.
