Cachaça 51 is a Brazilian brand of cachaça produced by Companhia Müller de Bebidas since 1951, reason that gives origin to the name. Today, Pirassununga 51 is exported to over 50 countries, being the main ones: Chile, Portugal, Spain, Germany, United States, Italy, Switzerland and Japan, with the official name of "Cachaça 51". This Cachaça was aged for a period of 4 to 5 years in American oak barrels and finished in barrels used to age wines from South America.
