Cocchi Americano Rosa takes its name from the red wines used in its production, which give it a vibrant colour and delicate wild rose notes. This aromatised wine combines natural extracts of flowers and spices, including gentian, quinine and citrus, as in Americano Bianco, but enriched with saffron, vanilla and rose petals. Its beautiful red colour is entirely natural, derived from the wine, making it an elegant and unique aperitif.

Cocchi Americano is an aromatised wine created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi and has been produced continuously since then according to the original recipe. The name “Americano” refers both to the bittered alcohol flavoured with herbs and spices and to the American habit of drinking vermouth with ice and soda.

Produced in Asti according to Giulio Cocchi’s historic recipe, it is recognised as the aperitif par excellence, a true icon of the city. Its label features the original 1930s futurist rooster, symbolising its appetite-stimulating effect and forming part of Asti’s cultural heritage.
