Herdade dos Oliveiras Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from a small classic olive grove with olives of the Galega variety, exclusive to Portugal. Characterised by their small size and pointed shape, these olives give the oil fruity notes and a mild aroma. Harvested at the ideal point of ripeness, the olives are immediately processed in the mill at a low temperature and using mechanical methods, guaranteeing maximum quality and preservation of authentic flavours.

Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo, is a project dedicated to producing wines of excellence. With 20 hectares, the property has an old vineyard and a small classic olive grove, crossed by two streams and a hill with breathtaking views. The vineyard, planted over 25 years ago, benefits from sandy loam soil and is 330 metres above sea level, providing ideal conditions for viticulture.
