Founded in 1818 in Denmark, Cherry Heering is a historic cherry liqueur recognised worldwide. Considered the first “global liqueur”, it gained popularity far beyond Danish borders, even being served at the royal court and appreciated by Queen Elizabeth II.

Produced exclusively from Danish cherries, its process begins with the careful pressing of the fruit to release all its flavour. The resulting pulp is placed in wooden casks, where natural alcohol and a selection of spices are added. The recipe, kept secret for five generations, creates a full-bodied, sweet liqueur with a deep red colour. After five years of barrel maturation, it reveals a rich and unmistakable aromatic profile.
