BOLS Cream de Cassis is an authentic liqueur of redcurrant made from the infusion of blackberries that grow near to Dijon in France. It has a red intense colour, that tends get dark when observed on the light. The fragrance is subtle, with notes of blackberries. Gentle and rich taste. This liqueur is very good with drinks that contain acid elements (such as lemon or juices of file) and it is a haughty component of wild fruits, such as strawberry or raspberry. Excellent in cocktails or in other drinks of mixture the majority is a mixture of white wine, champagne or dry vermouth, giving them a pretty colour and a delicious sweet and fruited taste.
