Sparkling Wine Monteirinhos Nonô Brut Nature rosé

The Monteirinhos Bruto Natural Rosé Sparkling Wine is crafted from the finest red grapes of Quinta dos Monteirinhos, harvested in the first days of August. The must ferments at low temperature, around 15 °C, following direct pressing, and the second fermentation takes place using the traditional method, with 12 months of ageing on fine lees.

It presents an elegant and complex profile, with notes of macerated red fruits and a subtle spicy touch. The bubble is fine and persistent, revealing a young, vibrant and joyful sparkling wine. On the palate, it shows freshness, good texture and a long, addictive finish.

The Monteiro Albuquerque family has been producing wine for over 100 years, spanning seven generations. In 2006, the fifth generation launched a producer–bottler project under their own brand, involving the restructuring and organisation of the vineyards and the construction of a new, modern winery. This agricultural project seeks both to honour the history of a long-standing Beira Alta farming family and to promote the excellence and elegance of Dão wines.
