A limited edition that captures the magic of the sea in a gin, this is the creation of master distiller Ms Lesley Gracie. Refreshing as the sea breeze, the powerful waves lapping the Ayshire coast elevate creativity into an exquisite blend of botanicals from the local coastline and with a remarkably smooth citrus finish.
Hendrick's Gin was the brand responsible for revolutionising the way a gin and tonic is served. Launched in 1999, it came as a surprise when it was served in a wide glass which, instead of the usual lemon, had a slice of cucumber and rose petals. Both ingredients, in addition to the traditional juniper, are used in the production of Hendrick's to achieve its distinctive flavour.
