Stanislao Cobianchi was looking for a bottle as unique as his elixir. Thus was born the iconic bottle, evoking an alchemical potion. Created in 1885 as Elisir Lungavita, it was renamed Amaro Montenegro in honor of Princess Elena of Montenegro's marriage to Prince Vittorio Emanuele III, maintaining its distinct essence over the years.
