Produced from cereal alcohol, sugar syrup, spring water and poejo aroma, we obtained a liquor that respects the highest technical and sensorial quality standards. The basis of this traditional Alentejo recipe, fulfills the know-how of the third generation of liqueurs of the Figo family, known for having produced one of the best poejo liqueurs in Portugal from the city of Évora for several years. This liquor has been consumed pure for years or only with a few rocks of ice. The nose immediately demonstrates, in an elegant way, the scent of poejo with very fresh, almost menthol notes. In the mouth is very balanced, with volume and richness of flavor, characteristic of the original recipe.
