Poças is a Portuguese family-owned company that produces Port and DOC Douro wines. It is proudly in the hands of the family of the same name that created it over a century ago, which is why it is considered to be "the most Portuguese side of the history of the Douro winegrowing region". Recently, they bet on a project to create a wine brand, in partnership with the artist Cuca Roseta, who gave her name to the latest range of wines from Poças Vinhos, "Cuca Roseta".
Thus comes this red wine with about 50% Touriga Nacional, 20% Touriga Franca, 20% Tinta Roriz, 10% Tinta Barroca, harvested by hand, in which about 20% of the total lot, aged in second use French oak barrels. It has a garnet-purple colour and an intense woodland fruit aroma, revealing a balanced, fresh, and slightly spicy aftertaste.
