Cova da Beira rosé is produced from the Rufete, Bastardo, Marufo and Touriga Nacional grape varieties, and is salmon pink in colour, with an aroma of wild fruit and light floral notes, revealing itself to be fresh, unctuous and with a pleasant finish.

The Adega do Fundão is founded in 1949 by the hands of 30 winegrowers from the Beira Interior region and is located in Cova da Beira, a vine-growing area dating back to the 2nd century and the Roman settlements of that time.

The vineyards are planted along the Serra da Gardunha, which allows the production of grapes that give the wines a richness, freshness and exuberance without equal.
