1986 Tokaji Tokajhegyaljai Aszú 3 Puttonyos white 50cl
Description
The defining characteristic of a Tokaji lies in the fact that its grapes are not immediately processed and contain the fungus Botrytis cinerea.
Stored, they are reincorporated into a dry wine picked and produced at the beginning of the harvest, triggering a second fermentation. The number of baskets of aszú grapes, known as puttonyos, added to each wine determines the degree of concentration and quality of the Tokaji.
