Quinta do Paral white is produced from the grapes of the old vines of the property and after ageing 9 months in French oak barrels, presents itself as an elegant wine, with fresh aromas of tropical fruit and notes of minerality, wrapped in the creaminess of the French oak barrel where it aged. In the mouth, it reveals an excellent balance, with a persistent finish of extreme complexity.
