Description

Produced from the grape varieties of Síria, Fernão Pires and Arinto, this is a wine that, after ageing for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, has a mineral, fresh profile with floral notes combined with citrus and exotic fruit aromas that are reminiscent of pineapple.

The Quinta da Biaia dates back to the 17th century and belonged to Dona Beatriz de Sousa Lopes.

Located in Beira Interior in Castelo Rodrigo, it has about 29 hectares of vineyards at altitude and is dedicated to the organic production of wines.
