The Quinta dos Espinheiros Reserva Vinhas Velhas white is produced from more than 15 different grape varieties sourced from the estate's old vines.
After fermentation in French oak barrels, it rested for an additional 8 months in the same barrels, with the use of bâtonnage to benefit from the fine lees. As such, this is a wine that presents a pale yellow colour with notes of citrus fruits, revealing minerality and freshness. On the palate, it is captivating and voluminous, with vibrant acidity and a mineral profile. It finishes fresh, elegant, and persistent.
