2021 Pêra-Manca white
Description
Produced from a selection of Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties, it was partially fermented in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The whole lot then aged for 12 months on fine lees with periodic batonnage, with a final 12 months in the bottle.
