Description

Respiro Zizi was created from a parcel of a single vineyard planted in the 1970s, located high up in Reguengo, at an altitude of around 735 metres. It is a white wine produced using the natural fermentation method and aged for 15 months in used vats.

João Afonso was the driving force behind this family project, which aims to unite Nature and Man once again, reducing the pressure of humanity on ecosystems. To this end, the "Slow Wine" concept emerged, which not only allows one to obtain the best that Nature provides for wines but also respects its evolution as a living organism.

These are wines to be enjoyed with time, by giving them time.
