Rocim is inspired by the quality of Dão wines in producing its new wines under the ‘O Estrangeiro’ brand. This white wine is a field blend from old vines which, after fermenting in French oak barrels, is also aged in them for around 12 months. It's a white wine with a citrus colour and a mineral profile, with well-integrated toasted notes. The marked acidity provides intense freshness, revealing unctuousness and structure.
