Description

The Quilate Colheita white is produced from a careful selection of Gouveio, Viosinho and Cercial grapes, sourced from plots over 35 years old as well as others aged 10 years. Vinified using the “bica aberta” method and slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, it is aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness, fruit character and youthfulness. It displays a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, tropical aromas of banana and pineapple, and on the palate it is intense, fresh and captivating.
