Description
Port wine, made from the Touriga Francesa, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão and Tinta Roriz grape varieties. Clear blondish, the aroma of prolonged aging in wood, and still some fruitiness. In the mouth, it is soft, with dried fruits and a sweet and persistent finish.
Founded in 1884 by brothers António and Francisco, Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges soon became one of Portugal's leading wine companies.
Recognising that only through excellence can Portuguese wines assert themselves in the world, Borges has always been committed to the quality of its production, which is now exported to over fifty countries on five continents.
