The Peter’s Gin do Mar Passion Fruit Liqueur & Gin combines gin with passion fruit liqueur in a unique creation from the Azores. Its story traces back to Café Sport, in Horta, where since 1918 the English workers from the submarine cable companies regularly enjoyed gin and tonic. In 2000, José Henrique Azevedo, the third generation of the family, experimented with mixing gin and the region’s most renowned passion fruit liqueur, giving rise to Gin do Mar.

It reveals an exotic and inviting aromatic profile, marked by the tropical character of passion fruit that blends harmoniously with the gin base. On the palate, it shows a fine balance between sweetness and freshness, offering a smooth texture and a distinctive character that celebrates Azorean authenticity and the historical legacy of Café Sport.
