Coming from clay-limestone soils, surrounded by a Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence, this sparkling wine Ninfa Platinum Millésime Brut Nature, is produced from the Pinot Noir grape variety. It is a straw yellow colour, with great complexity and elegance. The mousse is very enveloping and the bubble very fine, revealing a long and persistent finish.

João Teodósio Matos Barbosa, grandson of the founder of Caves Dom Teodósio, started his project in the production of wines, according to a regime of low intervention and organic production, with the introduction of new grape varieties and new blends.

Acquiring properties in the Tejo and Alto Alentejo regions, his legacy has been expanding with organic wines that are authentic and faithful to their terroir.
