In years of high-quality levels, oenologist Pedro Baptista and his dedicated technical team at Monte dos Perdigões choose, from the best batches of wine, those with the greatest organoleptic and ageing aptitude. This is how the Poliphonia Signature is composed.

Monte dos Perdigões, which was once the home of Damião de Góis and generations later passed through the hands of the illustrious composer Luis de Freitas Branco, has been in the possession of the Granadeiro family since 2001.

Currently, this estate, located in Reguengos de Monsaraz, creates wines with passion which represent the maximum expression of the Alentejo soils.
