Bastardô! red from vintage 2018 is produced with 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Syrah and 30% Aragonez, planted in schist soils. After fermentation, this wine was aged 6 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle, before being released to the market. It reveals an intense aroma of ripe red fruits like raspberries, jammy and floral notes. On the palate its rounded profile stands out, which is in line with consumer taste. Long and persistent, this wine pairs perfectly with white and red meats.
