Coming from clay-limestone soils, surrounded by a Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence, this white Ninfa is produced from the Maria Gomes grape variety. It presents an excellent aromatic freshness, highlighting aromas such as green apple and white peach. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, structured, and with a saline touch, challenging each sip to the discovery of new flavours.

João Teodósio Matos Barbosa, grandson of the founder of Caves Dom Teodósio, started his project in the production of wines, according to a regime of low intervention and organic production, with the introduction of new grape varieties and new blends.

Acquiring properties in the Tejo and Alto Alentejo regions, his legacy has been expanding with organic wines that are authentic and faithful to their terroir.
