The Sketch Pet Nat is a sparkling wine made using the ancestral method of sparkling wine production, with grapes from an old vineyard located in the Douro region, on sandy, granitic soils. The fermentation is spontaneous, carried out with indigenous yeasts, and finishes in the bottle, where the sparkling wine ages on its lees, giving it a unique complexity. This "Bruto Natural" sparkling wine is produced from a field blend of old vines that express the freshness and authenticity of the Douro terroir. A wine that reflects the essence of the granitic soil and the winemaking tradition, preserving the purity and identity of the Pet Nat method.

Geographic Wines is a project by Daniela Matias and Nuno Morais Vaz, aiming to create wines that showcase the authentic characteristics of the grape varieties and the terroirs from which they originate.
