Pisco Quebranta spirit is produced from the Quebranta grape variety. On the nose, it has discreet aromas, typical of the variety. In the mouth, it presents itself round with slight vegetal and fruity notes.

Tabernero is founded in 1897, in the Chincha Valley, in the pronvince of Ica, 200 km from the capital of Peru. In 1930, the company is acquired by the Rotondo family, who continue to advance Tabernero's products. After having gone through the military regime in 1979, it underwent reconstruction with the acquisition of land and the expansion of infrastructures. Currently, they have 300 hectares under cultivation and a varied portfolio.
