Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask is a limited edition from Matusalem and is the result of a very original process.
First, the 15-year-old solera is filtered over charcoal to recover the original transparency when it leaves the still where it distilled, keeping the aromas of the aging process. Then the rum is aged for another 3 years in Spanish red wine barrels of the Tempranillo variety, giving this rum the fruity notes, a beautiful pink colour, and extreme smoothness.
