Bitter Almond Liqueur Milbar
Description
The "Amendoa Amarga" (Bitter Almond), is not as appreciated and consumed as his 'sister' sweet almond, but in Portugal, with a particular focus on the most southern region, Algarve, found a way to give use and began producing liquor with it. Thus was born the "Bitter Almond Liqueur " - Amêndoa Amarga, which entered easely on the taste of the Portuguese, served fresh, usually as an appetizer, but the high incidence of tourism in the Algarve, has made the' "Amando Amarga" already have fame outsider Portugal.
It is produced through a unique and traditional method. Its versatility translates into the ability to be consumed without any accompaniment (served fresh), ice (crushed or stone ice), accompanied with lemon juice or even part of a cocktail.
