The grapes come from old vines in the “Planalto Mirandês”, located at more than 600 meters of altitude, in schist soils and different exposures. This is a differentiating wine, made from the grape varieties Gouveio, Rabigato, Malvasia Rei and Malvasia Fina. Subtle and dry aroma, but with great character, very mineral, wild notes with highlighted elderberry. In the mouth it is complex, elegant and very fresh, with herbal notes and a salty aftertaste. Ideal with light meals, fish, seafood and salads, it is also pleasant to drink alone or as an aperitif. Certainly a wine that you will want to know.
